Make it your goal to cut out soft drinks!! I’m talking like, MAYBE one a month. Yess, we all agree that they’re delicious and lurking everywhere, but here are some reasons to stop drinking sodas:
1. No nutritionally beneficial components whatsoever!
2. Your risk of obesity increases 1.6 times.
3. It increases your risk of diabetes.
4. Erodes and stains your teeth!
5. Can damage your kidneys.
6. Increases blood pressure.
7. Can cause heartburn.
8. It dehydrates you!
So, in short, no more soda if you want to get not only skinny, but healthy, too.
